How it works, in practice

1

You create your profile

You list your qualifications and services, and decide how to deliver your sessions: online or in person.

2

Families reach you

Parents filter professionals by what they need, session type and location.

3

You deliver the session

Bookings, confirmations and reminders are handled. What happens in the session is yours alone.

4

Get paid

Payment is released once the session is complete.

Your practice, our tools

Your side

You remain an independent professional — your title, responsibility and insurance are your own.

You decide when you're available.

You set your own rates — we never change them.

Our tools

A booking system, with calendar and automatic reminders.

Secure payments and payouts through Stripe.

Protection against late cancellations — if a parent cancels at short notice, you are still paid for part or all of the session.

A profile that helps parents find you and understand your work.

No joining fee

Sage Nest earns a commission only once a session is complete.

Further details on the commission and on our terms and conditions will be provided after your first contact.

Who can join

Sage Nest is for qualified, independent professionals supporting families through pregnancy, birth and the early years. The platform — currently active in Italy and Denmark — has different access requirements depending on how the profession is regulated.

Regulated health professions

Your registration with the professional register for your title — the albo in Italy, Autorisationsregisteret in Denmark. We verify it before your profile goes live.

Other regulated professions

Your registration with the order or register that governs your profession, where one exists and is operational.

Non-regulated professions

Documented training in your field — the course content, its duration, and the body that delivered it. We assess each of these individually.

And for everyone, whatever your profession

A VAT number registered in VIES

Professional liability insurance

Verified identity

Not sure which of these applies to you? Write to us — we look at every application individually.
